Piloted in 2013-14, the IAH New Faculty Program is designed to introduce newly-arrived arts and humanities faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences to interdisciplinary conversations and mentoring networks at UNC-CH. The program engages a cohort of faculty through academic and social events throughout the academic year. The New Faculty Program is open to full-time faculty at all ranks who are within their first three years of appointment at UNC.
